I brought my car to your service center 3 times. No. 1 cost me right at $1,600.00 for a fuel pump that more than likely wasn’t needed. The next 2 times you didn’t even touch my car. It is still making the initial noise it was making!!!!! Last time kept it 4 days. You are suppose to be the master mechanics but I would get a better result from my 4 yr old grandchild!!!!!! I bought a new 2023 f-150 from Colinger ford in Morganton NC.
I now owe just $8000 on it. It had A/C freezing problem from day one . I returned to service the A/C many times which can be verified. No results, none. Still freezing up. Sold me truck with bad transmission and deleted emission systems then told me to get a lawyer despite there dealer warranty for 3k miles or 30 days which I had not exceeded also they sold me a extended warranty that is invalid because of the deleted emission systems
After our 2019 Ford Escape was serviced - including tire rotation, (9-3-2025) all four tires were under inflated @ 30lbs and the tire icon was activated to notify us of the matter. Should be 35 lbs psi.i

First of all, let me start by saying I HATE buying a car and dealing with car dealerships. This time, it was different. No pressure, no stress. Everyone I dealt with was great, from the initial contact with Olivi to Shawn, David, Heath, and the GM, Steve. Please be aware that when you purchase a car here that greed is the deciding factor. Most everyone is aware that a dealer documentation fee is added to your purchase. This is a normal fee at most all dealerships. However, there is an appearance package, $799 added to every deal. The appearance package supposedly protects your paint for one year. They took my trade in- clear title - and never transferred title so now my state DMV is charging me for late registration etc- this dealership never submitted paperwork to transfer my trade in to them. Charlie Kaylor was great through the whole purchase process. All dealings were completed over the phone. When picking up the Bronco Sport the final paperwork was quick and easy. There wasn't any pushy pressure to purchase extras or extended warrantees. I am very happy with the purchase process from Cloninger Ford from start to finish.
We have bought a lot of new cars and this dealership tops them all with great and knowledgable people and service. They are fast and courteous and treat us like family. Do not use their service department if you have a diesel. Under any circumstances. The service manager Jonathan Langford is not to be trusted, he will not return phone calls, pretend he doesn't remember any past conversations, lie about what his techs did or did not do. I have purchased 15 vehicles from the Cloninger family. The last one I bought in Hickory. Very dissatisfied with the sales department. However the service manager, Steve was very helpful and persistent to get a problem I had resolved. I tried to make a deal in Morganton and ended up trading with Ken Wilson in Canton NC. The service department in Morganton is second to none in my opinion.
I called to confirm pricing of a truck they have. I was told the price was correct and the miles were accurate. I drove an hour to get there and another couple was there to look at the same truck.
I test drove the truck and told them I would take it for the internet price of 17,228 and the offer was accepted by the salesman. He took the offer to his manager and the offer was rejected.

I bought a used 2013 F250 6.7 with 108k miles on it. 4 months after purchasing (1 month after the dealership’s warranty ended), and around 4,000 miles later, the engine completely lets go. This truck left my wife and infant daughter stranded in oncoming traffic in Florida when the engine let go. Mind you this was also 9 hours from home.
